By commissioning me, purchasing adopts from me and/or being in possession of my designs, you agree to reference these terms when trading and using my designs/art. Commissions T.O.S

â–º My completion speed ranges from 1 week to 1 month
+++++ this may vary based on quantity, commission type, and/or my current queue
â–º I offer priority commissions for a small fee (depending on urgency)
â–º I reserve the right to decline a commission for any or no reason
â–º Understand that you are only purchasing a digital artwork file, not a physical print
â–º My art is experimental; there may be small differences in techniques used
â–º There may be slight alterations to a character's colors to match my styleORDERING AND PROCESS:â–º Your commission will be valid for 48 hours AFTER I contact you
â–º If you don't respond within that time frame, your commission will be cancelled
â–ºYou can request again if you missed the time frame as long as there's slots open
â–º In general, I work in the order that I received payment
â–º Reference(s) must be at least a waist-up (preferrably fullbody + front view)
â–º Reference(s) must have colors unless it's an uncolored commission
â–º No text references or moodboards unlesss it's a customREGARDING PAYMENT:â–º I accept Paypal (USD) or ko-fi
â–º Payment will always be done through invoices for Paypal
â–º You must pay in full upfront within 24 hours after sketch approval
+++++ payment plans are open for discussion for commissions over $100
â–º I may allow holds if you cannot pay immediately if given reason
â–º Full refunds will only be given if I cannot complete your request
â–º Partial refunds are negotiable if you decide to cancel your commissionREVISIONS AND EDITS:â–º By default, I only send a sketch WIP to you for approval

â–º You can ask for additional WIPs to be given at any time
â–º I'll allow up to a maximum of 3 changes to the sketch
+++++ WITHIN REASON, there are no limits to edits for customs
â–º A fee (starting at $5 USD) will apply if you request extra changes
â–º If the change is an error on my part or minor, it will be free of charge
â–º The only thing I won't change is the pose, but I'm willing to change parts of the pose (i.e., placement of arms, hands, eyes, etc.)CREDITING AND USES:â–º I do not allow my works to be used for NFTs or AI-generated art
â–º By default, my works are for personal use only

â–º Unless specifically requested to be made private, all of my works will remain public and eligible to be used as examples
â–º Do not publicly post any unfinished works anywhere without asking first
â–º Do not color my sketches unless I give you written permission to do so
â–º You may post your commissions outside of TH/dA with credit
â–º You are not allowed to edit, copy, or change anything in my artwork
â–º If you want any changes to the final artwork, consult me privately
â–º Do not remove/crop out my watermark or claim the work as your own

Designs TOS
!! DISCLAIMER !!Majority of rights of a character go to its current owner, which means that any transactions made are between the buyer and seller only. I do not have a say in what goes on after the initial purchase is made, and any issues regarding the character is out of my control. The only thing I reserve rights to is the art itself. +++++ any moderate to major edits requested will come with a small fee
â–º You can alter the design to your liking
+++++ alternate outfits / hairstyles / color edits are OK!
+++++ you can void my design from a CS UNLESS the species' TOS doesn't allow it
â–º Make sure the design is still recognizable to the original one when editing
+++++ If you aren't sure your edits are acceptable, you can double check with me
â–º You are required to keep the original + edited design together when trading
â–º I allow AUs of my designs (ex: you make an alternative CS/non-CS form)
